Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology, we managed to help the main contractor to extract clash detection reports (CDR) and Request for Information (RFI) to the consultant in a short time and before construction. Also, we helped to create 4D visualization for the proposed work and, most importantly, for cash flow throughout the project.
